All Load-Out

If you are not moved out by 6:00 p.m., you risk paying all fees to package and ship your booth back to you.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Vista Convention Services

Exhibitors agree to only contract with the official drayage company, Vista Convention Services, for the duration of the show.

Electrical Services

Exhibitors that need AV equipment for their booth must place their orders through Hard Rock.

Hotel Accommodations

Guestrooms start at a rate of $129 per night (including room rates and resort fees) for the duration of the event.

Cancellation Policy

Written notice of the Exhibitor's intention to cancel or withdraw from the Convention is required.

Notice of cancellation received 90 to 61 days prior to the Convention, the Exhibitor will receive a refund of booth space rental fees paid minus a 50 percent penalty charge.

Notice of cancellation received 60 to 31 days prior to the Convention, the Exhibitor will receive a refund of booth space rental fees minus a 75 percent penalty charge.

Notice of cancellation received 30 days or fewer prior to the Convention will result in a 100 percent penalty charge, forfeiting all booth space rental fees.

All refunds are payable 30 days following the close of the Convention.
